We chose the Del Pueblo Communities, LLC Sierra Ranch community for several reasons. The price per square footage was exceptional. We could not believe how much house we could get for our money. We totally fell in love with the floorplan. The "super family room" floorplan was exactly what we were looking for in a home and the children's rooms were actually large. It took us a while to sell our previous home due to the flood of homes for sale in our area, but Del Pueblo was very fair and held our lot choice for longer than they needed to. I moved into my new Del Pueblo home at Vista Santa Fe in October of 1999. What a great feeling! Vista Santa Fe is a wonderful gated community that is very affordable. I'm paying less now as a homeowner, than I was paying for rent, plus my home is almost twice as large as my old apartment. It is the perfect size for me. I love everything about it..lots of storage space, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, bay window, etc. The security of a gated community is really nice too, and the pool and clubhouse are perfect for parties. When I told my mother about Vista Santa Fe, she checked out the homes and decided to buy one also. Now my neighbor is my best friend, my mom! The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions that I had. She made the purchasing process very easy and understandable.
